The KitchenAid Artisan Plus builds on the brand's well-known tilt-head design. This model elevates the form with features intended to give better control when baking and cooking. The focus is on precision, visibility and easier handling of ingredients.
The built-in LED light in the bowl makes it easier to see what’s happening during mixing. Precision speed control helps you change speeds smoothly. It makes it easier to find the right level for different batters and doughs.
The machine also features ½ Fold Speed, which mixes gently when you want to fold in delicate ingredients like berries or egg whites. Soft Start increases speed gradually to reduce splashing.
The Double Flex Edge Beater has silicone edges that scrape the bowl as it works. This reduces the need to stop the machine and scrape by hand. The feature saves time and helps incorporate more of the ingredients into the mix.
