Used this in any month during the drive back and forth in Sweden and can confirm that it works well on its own conditions. As the link between the music player in the mobile phone and FM radio in the car, it works very well if you can find a frequency without interference. This is much easier outside the big cities, where not as many advertising channels plague the airwaves. But one moves always in the same area, it should be possible to find a frequency too. Ports on the other hand close to a frequency used by any radio interference becomes unbearable. This tends to happen often on long trips where you pass many radio transmitters. As a hands-free, I feel that it only holds acceptable level. The microphone is located at the Lightning plug and thus poor conditions which is also reflected in the form of excessive noise and disturbance to the man talking to. For me, the main function of playing music and using the browser while the handsfree function is secondary.
