Got my type 1.5-2 years and it works great today and the battery lasts about 10 days before you have to load it Only negative is that it will take some time to recharge

Usel battery capacity. Really lousy. Feels like Braun has the same business model as Gillette. Bought a toothbrush on Lidl for 299: -. It is several times better at everything.

Bought this product in Christmas gift, after 14 days of use, the steel roast started to be mounted on the brush. I recall this to the manufacturer who claim that I misunderstood the product when I did not wipe it after I rinsed it after brushing. Which is described in the manual only, not in the Quick Guide. I have stated that it is a bad copy I received and that there are clear pores in the steel, which I find it hard to believe should have occurred after almost 14 days of use. So good and good, the product can not be rinsed in tap water, and rustproofing after 14 days of use is not covered by the warranty. Otherwise, the product is functionally ok, but I thought that the battery life of the Li-Ion battery would be significantly better compared to the previous Thriump 9000, with an older battery technology, but I do not think it's significantly better.

Replaced this against an Oral-B Triumph where the battery had given up after 2 years and was completely dead. This model is amazing, but because the battery started to leave after 18 months and has to be charged once a week for about 24 hours. On an expensive premium product, this is not acceptable and I am very disappointed.
