I really like this camera. Uses it only for 1080p video. My requirements I had before I bought the camera: 1080p 60fps Good focus Swivel screen 3.5mm input Good lens to buy Good price Do not use this for 4k in my opinion though.

Top for hobby photography, simple and really smooth. Have never had any digital camera before but are happy with this purchase Remote live view shooting is a little buggy and chewy. Seems like manual focus via that function doesn't work either, goes great if you use auto focus.

I was looking for a system camera that was also good for video recording. I was told that several system cameras make a noise when they zoom in on the movie but that Canon's system cameras did not have that problem. Because I wanted to film some music performances, it became crucial in the choice of camera. This camera has many preset filters that are easy to use if you are not an experienced photographer like me. It is also relatively easy to load images and movies via wi-fi / bluetooth to the phone (even though the canons app could be updated to a faster version). Small model that should be easy to carry but must admit that the camera often stays at home and that the mobile phone still acts both camera and video camera.

I'm very happy with the camera. Like the compact format. Easy to learn. Tip is to buy an adapter for canons EF and EF-S lenses. Available from both Canon and third parties. The negative thing about the camera is the battery life. There, too, there are third-party batteries for reasonable money

This is my first system camera I own. Looking long for a camera that would have the features I wanted: * Rotate screen at all angles, something that was more useful than I even imagine before the purchase. Can shoot from bottom, top and bottom without having to chill on what is stuck in the picture. * Smooth image transfers via blueooth / wifi. * Small and smooth. * Optical viewfinder. (A little more feeling) Bought this kitten model (+ 15-45 / 3.5-6.3 IS STM) and chose the macro lens (22mm). Today, I also ordered the telephoto lens (55-200mm). Very happy with the camera so far. Simple menus and good locations of the buttons. Taken between 1000-2000 images. Will be pleased with most of them. Have not tried to film yet so do not know how they work. The camera may feel small in hand when used for a long period, but I still prefer this agility to a regular system camera. Update: In some places, the battery life is short. I ordered 2 thirds of batteries from: batteryoutlet.se for 347kr total. They have more capacity than the original, which together cost less than half of the original battery. Sick stupid to buy 1st battery that has the canon brand for 850kr when available for 150kr without the mark on. Same with lenses, lenses and the like. There are lots of good and cheaper things to order if you look around online for a while.
