Sharp (sharp enough but can probably develop more to the next generation), is a few years old now, which is evident, something faint and old IS: a! During the legal relationship is the really great!

'm Very happy with this lens. Is still my only zoom lens for my 5DMKII (the others are restade) so it has been well used in recent weeks. A little heavy but it also provides good stability. Push-pull zoom is a bit troublesome if you want to fine tune once you sights set. The slides also if you hold the lens down if you do not tighten the brake. Can clearly recomend this zoom.

A very nice telephoto lens with Canon's incredibly nice build quality '. Awesome good focus and really crisp and nice colors on my Canon 5D Mark II.

This lens is starting to feel a little old when it has the first-generation Image Stabilization from Canon and it means it does not work right with the camera on a tripod. Otherwise, this is a very nice and sharp lens for my Canon EOS 1D Mark III. On my previous camera, a Canon EOS 20D, so did not feel the sharpness as good for some reason. Anyway, it's a rusk term good telephoto zoom lens. However, the feeling that a successor from Canon for this should come soon as it feels a bit old.

Very competent lens. Slightly out of focus in the 400mm mode and Aperture 5.6. Otherwise quite ok. A bit heavy as a travel lens. Direct brutal if you drive digitally with 1.5X extension - ie. 600mm. The market's probably the best image stabilization.
