Goggles in the uplink connector after a month's use, must be restarted every now and then because ports do not work, they often reside in USB 2 speed. The only thing that works as it should is the ports for charging, otherwise it would have got 1/10. AVOID!

As a USB hub it works clockwise. Drive devices like keyboard, mouse, headset, and similar small drives through this. And have never encountered problems around that particular bit. But as Asks_one wrote in its review below, a clear "coil whine" sound sounds when plugging in the power cord. (Which is not a requirement for my devices, but should you charge the mobile via the 2.4A ports, then you need more power.) I contacted TP-Link about this and they would be shy enough to send a replacement. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred with this. So it never solved my problem. Instead, I found a separate 12V adapter here at home, with enough current pressure. And then it works clockwise. This is how the power adapter lets you wonder: https://youtu.be/sFHuIoGD5TA But I would like to add that, by the way, it works well and has a simple and good design. Has bundled me behind a screen and plugged my USB devices there right away. Simple and smooth if you do not have the computer right next to it :)

In a quiet environment, a clear "coil whine" is heard. The sound comes from the power adapter, not from the USB hub itself. TP-LINK seems to have stuck on the power adapter's quality. Too bad for an otherwise nice product. It would have liked to have had a bit more weight to better stay in place. In spite of long rubber feet underneath, you must always resist when you plug in cables.

Amazing USB hub. It has power only to plugging it into the USB on your computer. Like designed by the USB ports that are used lit when they are connected to, then you can always be sure if you've connected properly or not.
