I can only sign catastrophic customer exports and a messy mower. Will be a joke. It has sparkled from day one. It has drove over the thread. Stuck in the ditch It runs around and around to follow the thread. It starts to be really ugly driving tracks after the mower. When the warranty period expired after 2 years, a front wheel was attached. Then the charger died. Customer support sent a price list for spare parts to the scrap. Was forced to order new charger and new wheels arrived costing 5000: - on an already expensive mower. This year it has forgotten everything. Just walks around the plot and memorizes without cutting. Started several times, but it does not work and before it forgots how to cut, the rear wheel / drive wheel turned off. It looked like a joke with an owning mower in the middle of the lawn. In addition, it sounds a lot. Had to stop cutting at night because it teaches too much. Asked for help in the store where I bought it. Their comment was. You are not the only one. We sell sooner and later, thinking about removing it because we get too much crap.

Horribel customer support and poor engineering. I followed instructions from Bosch to the letter, but robotic mower would not behave as it should. It kept trying and run out of the perimeter wire. After contact with the call center and gone through countless rounds of debugging and bickering so they say that there must be something wrong with the mower and that I must submit it to the workshop. I made it through the store, after much hassle I received, I finally got an answer from the workshop after four weeks that they had parts in stock. Had Bosch or shop at this time offered me a new cut so I had been the owner of Bosch cliffs still, but when it was not yet possible to get some estimated repair time or help getting after 5 weeks I contacted Consumer Agency for assistance. Bosch was then quick to give me the opportunity to cancel their purchase which I accepted. Do not know how often these come with mistakes from the factory, but after some googling I see that several have similar problem - both in terms of problem with the mower and in terms of inertia at Bosch and workshop.
