Excellent product, give me great peace of mind while opening door at nighttime, allows me to see who has been on my property front in the day time while at work. Easy to set up even for a tech newbie like myself.

Unfortunately, this one does not hold up. 1. Too high delay on button pressing to note on phone. 2. Home Assistant support is limited. And very little opportunity to solve point 1 with the help of HA. 3. No support for Google home. Which of course is understandable. Google Nest vs Amazon Echo :) 4. Echo dot does not solve the job of Chime. 5. The Api offers very few opportunities to exploit it to its full potential. Yes it has a good camera. The sound works well. The battery is ok. Black and gray shell included, which was najs. But becomes a problem when the bell takes up to 10s to hear them indoors ringing. The support thinks that a delay of 5-10s is real time and good. You should also add that you have to have a monthly subscription to see recordings. Paid 1100: - for this was a good price. It was good anyway ...

Awesome camera and cannon solution to talk to the caller even though you are not home! Ang battery, buy one more and switch between them!

Urusel solution if you run it on battery, which is the whole reason why you buy this and not the Pro variant. Got a new battery of support when my first failed more than a month. Had never bought it again today if I had to choose again and cannot recommend it. Had the battery life been better then I would have definitely recommended the bell because the app and everything software related is canon. But as I said. Battery life sucks.

Have had it for almost 4 months and have some mixed feelings. + The camera works well and very good wide angle, I look along the house wall when the angle is mounted on the camera. + The battery passed almost 4 months this winter which is approved for me, however, is not used so often. (update 20190503 loaded for the second time and now just under 3 months in the spring, so the battery life has decreased. (update 20190710, loaded again so down in two months now between the charges.) They have changed the software so now you can't access the camera when the battery is on orange ...) - Slowly accessing the camera in the app sometimes, can take over 30 seconds before it's up and running. (NOTE! Update 20190402, new software has speeded it up considerably, now maybe around 5-10 seconds. So adding a star) - Very poor wifi reception, need to have the router close or an access point nearby for it to work. Has my router 3 m away and 2 walls and it is on the border. - Pretty big and plastic, which does not give such a nice impression, but it is a matter of taste, of course.
