PRICESPY TRANSPARENCY PLEDGE
We believe it’s important for you to understand how we operate. That’s why we’ve gathered all the information about how PriceSpy works in our transparency promise.

Our goal is to be a complete and objective price and product comparison service. We display all the stores and prices we know of for each product. This includes both stores that pay us for the traffic we send to them (profiled stores) and those that don’t. We don’t exclude any offers.
How we compare prices
✔︎ All prices we’re aware of
✔︎ Both paying and non-paying stores
✔︎ Profiled stores pay for the traffic
On our product pages, we always display the lowest price at the top, with the rest of the prices listed in ascending order. We don’t prioritise profiled stores in the price list. For stores offering the same price for the same product, the list is sorted as follows:
• Price excluding shipping
• Price including shipping
• Stock availability
• Store rating
• Number of store reviews
In other parts of our service, we might display prices differently. For example, on expert top lists, profiled stores are prioritised. Here, we believe it’s important for users to be able to click directly to a store (only profiled stores have links).
The prices we show exclude shipping unless otherwise specified. Keep in mind that stores may charge fees we don’t display, such as handling fees, environmental fees, or deposits.
• Profiled Stores:
Profiled stores are displayed with their logo in our price lists. They can also include a short description about their competitive advantages, written by the store itself. Profiled stores have a button linking directly to the store or a more prominent link compared to non-profiled stores.
• Non-Profiled Stores:
Non-profiled stores do not have a logo in our price lists or a description. Their links are less prominent or may be entirely absent.
Apart from these differences, there’s no distinction in how we display offers from profiled and non-profiled stores.
When PriceSpy displays a single price with additional store information, profiled stores are shown with a logo, while non-profiled stores are shown with plain text. Payment structure for profiled stores
Profiled stores pay a fixed fee for every click directed to them or a small percentage of the order value (if a purchase is made after the redirection). PriceSpy has direct agreements with stores or uses existing affiliate networks.
No additional fees or costs are added to the products displayed on PriceSpy. The prices listed should never be higher than if you visited the store directly without using our service
We aim to list all national stores offering products in any of the categories available on PriceSpy.
• International Stores:
International stores are listed under a separate section. These are stores featured on PriceSpy websites in other countries and have indicated that they deliver to the UK. Full results may not always be available here.
We do our best to identify all online stores ourselves. If you own or know of a store that’s missing and sells products within our categories, please let us know!
PriceSpy updates its product-related information, including prices and stock availability, three to five times per day on average. In some cases, updates may occur more or less frequently.
We receive this information directly from the stores or gather it through automated web scraping. We strive to include every product a store lists in the categories we cover. However, in rare cases, we might miss something due to technical challenges or store-specific structures.
Profiled stores have the option to notify us of price changes to speed up updates.
Despite our best efforts, all product information (prices, images, features, availability, and delivery times) comes from the stores themselves. Errors may occur occasionally, so we encourage you to always verify the store’s own price and product description before making a purchase.
If you notice incorrect information, please use the feedback button to let us know.
A single store may offer a product in multiple variants, such as different colours, language versions, or bundles with varying accessories. To keep price lists manageable, these variants may appear in an expandable list. All variants from the same store are sorted by price, from lowest to highest.
On PriceSpy, you can find pre-owned products that still have plenty of life left—some more than others, depending on their condition. Used offers are clearly marked and separated from new products. You can use our filters to include or exclude these offers.
If additional product condition details are available from our listed stores, we display the condition based on Svensk Handel´s (The Swedish Trade Federation) common grading scale for used goods:
A – Like new
B – Very good condition
C – Good condition
D – Acceptable condition
E – Poor condition
F – For parts only
