CAT B15 is made by a licensee of Cat, Bullitt Mobile, who has already produced a couple of phones under the Cat brand. The smartphone has received good feedback for being durable, waterproof and for having MicroSD support. A drawback is the abscence of 4G and the camera is not top notch. Released 2013.
