Yoga & Pilates
Yoga will be a great way to focus on your mind and breathing. With the combination of controlled physical poses, and controlled breathing, you can reduce your stress, and help you feel relaxed and calm.

Taking deep breaths

Take in a deep breath. Hold it for a moment, and then exhale. Taking deep breaths are a great way to try and relax. This can help to calm your mind and body.

Taking Breaks

Taking a break from your day to day duties can help you feel less overwhelmed. Getting a change of scenery can interrupt your thoughts and give you a way of calming and down and becoming more relaxed.

Cooking and/or Baking

Cooking and Baking means you need complete focus and concentration. Slicing and mixing can be calming and takes your mind away from your day to day stresses. You can even bring this in to your day to day tasks if you are home schooling your children during this lockdown.

Going out for fresh air

Going for a walk and enjoying some fresh air can feel calming. Taking the time to do things you enjoy can help you feel more relaxed. You might find this is something you make regular like you do with other day to day tasks.
