    Rang up to enquire about a handbag, customer service was great and the person i spoke to was very helpful, i ordered a bag from Comwales and it arrived within the estimated timescale with Royal Mail. Excellent service would defiantly use again with it coming up to Christmas!

    Item purchased online. No choice of delivery time or method available. They are apparently trying to find a new courier service. Payment taken by them,thankfully through PayPal.Seven days later and item still not delivered. Telephoned today to ask when it would be delivered. Customer service lady did not know. Asked her to find out. I was told she would get a tracking number and would email to me. She did - 2 hours later. Checked on Royal Mail site. Tracking is only done on the postage method ConWales use after the item is delivered, presumably so that ConWales can prove delivery. It certainly is not to assist the customer in finding out where the goods are.When I found this out I called to find out where the goods were. Spoke to Shaun. Asked him. He said on the way. Tried to explain that the tracking system was no use to customers. He started to shout and speak over me. Then he put down the phone. Phoned him back and asked him for the name of a director which he refused to give.Perhaps he is a director,or maybe the owner,as surely only someone in authority could get away with his attitude.
    MY ADVICE IS TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. MAYBE IT WILL COST A LITTLE MORE BUT IT WOULD BE WORTH IT.
