My customer experience with this company was not as expected. After emails exchanged with their customer support representative about a Kyocera M6026CDN printer, they claimed they made a mistake in the listing and it was neither new as described, but used. After asking them to provide me with the details of the actual pages count and consumables wear, they stated that the printer was at their supplier's warehouse. Than I received another email cancelling my order because they discovered that the printer was damaged in transit (according to what they mentioned in our phone conversation). As of now the amount is still reserved in my bank account and the order was obviously not honored. I put 2 stars instead of 1, because of the communication which I admit it could be considered as constant (but not satisfactory in terms of the effort done and the actual result).
