Website easy to navigate, and checkout and delivery was excellent. Collect from local Post Office at no extra charge was a big bonus which avoided the problem of the item being delivered when no-one is at home.

Good value TW Steel watch. It was easy to find my way round their web site. The watch was dispatched and arrived within two days of ordering.It was packaged very well, with little risk of damage. When I can afford to I will shop again with First Class Watches and have no hesitation in recommending them to any potential watch buyer.

Company's make us offer is a gimmick. So far every reasonable offer made has been rejected with an automated message saying they are unable to offer a lower price with interest free finance due to the cost of providing this service.

Hi there, Sorry to hear you are unhappy with our service. I can assure you that EVERY offer is manually reviewed however we do receive a large number of offers so we do often find it necessary to use similar responses. We will try our best to match other retailers with competitive prices but if a product is already heavily discounted (eg. 20% off recommended retail price) we are unable to offer interest free credit as well as a price reduction as we have to pay a large subsidy when we provide finance. We may be able to provide a better price if you are able to pay with immediate payment and if so I would advise you to submit another offer.
