The knowledge of the staff was awesome, I ended up buying a cheaper product thanks to the staffs recommendation and also got reward points as well, I will always trust there knowledge from now on, thank you.

Ordered 2 items online hermes delivered it but it arrived with a big slice in the envelope and empty the photo hermes took of the parcel wasn't even my parcel. Tried contacting game was on live chat 6 hours before a human responded for them to tell me they will ask hermes about it? A few days later I received an email asking me to fill in A receipt of denial so I responded within 10 mins of the email as they stated I had a 5 day deadline to do so.. 4 days later still no response so after trying to speak to someone on live chat they say they need a receipt of denial again. I sent a screen shot of my email to the live chat and a picture again of the receipt of denial and asked them to see of they received my email which they did after looking to be told someone will be in touch. 9 days later still nothing no response to my email. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with.

The shop is not at fault, I purchased 2 Apple cards, Both failed for reasons i will not go into. but Apple sorted the problem and told me go back to the shop, explain that they had been cancelled and to ask for a refund. I went back to the shop and the chap behind the counter said he couldn't even though I had the Apple case number to prove it, but I should contact Game Customer Services even showing me on the web site how do do it (I am 75 and not very techy.) all I got back was Your order has gone through and cannot be changed. This is disgusting it makes you wonder how they are still in business.

Made me wait over 5 hours for a PS5 in a queue. Finally got to checkout, console only was sold out so had to get a bundle, once I paid and order confirmation came through email I got a second email cancelling my order. Security problem? My personal card, my registered address, my email and my telephone. How can it fail? I've used Game for years but no longer a fan. They've upset alot of people today and this is going to cost them in the long term.

Non existent customer service be warned. Game are the worst company to deal with. We had a fault with an Xbox that was only a week only. Game have ignored all our emails. Delivery was shocking in the first place. Don’t be fooled by the fancy web site behind this a company who don’t care about customer service. Once you buy the item your on your own. It appears that sale of goods act and other consumer protection legislation don’t apply to game. You have been warned. Buyer beware.
