Shameful company - took my money, but no goods, no refund ans no response to emails or phone calls - ordered in February

Ordered boots 3 months ago, they took my money and not heard a thing. keep emailing and no response. Can't make contact by phone What a sham of a company

Stay away from this company! Will take your money and you WONT receive your order! Disgraceful business. Emailed 4 times and no reply..dont answer the phone..I have reported this company

This is a terrible company, I have ordered and paid over a month ago for work boots. Still have not received them and contacting them is extremely difficult no telephone number available. I have emailed four times and only get automated responses telling me they will respond within 24 hours. But here I am with no contact. I am begining to believe I have been duped by a fraudulent company and am unsure what is next maybe trading and standards would appreciate any advice
