I recently bought Canon EF 50mm STM lens. Price was great. Communcation good. Payment easy. Product arrived quickly and safely in sealed original box. No hesitation to use again. Oct 2018. Just bought a Canon EFS 10-18. Excellent and speedy delivery. Everything arrived in sealed box. Lens great. Price best around.

Bought a Canon 16-35mm f4.0 L IS USM. No problems with transaction or delivery. EXCEPT: The delivery van quite literally left the box, in the pouring rain, on my doorstep in full view of passers-by! Should have been "signed for" IMO, and option to leave with a neighbour if nobody in.

I have now bought 3 lenses (Nikkor 55mm,16-35mm,24-120mm), a camera body (Nikon D750) and flash unit (SB700DX) from HDEW over the period January 2015-August 2016. The number of times I have been back to them shows my confidence. They have, in all cases, been very helpful, available on the phone and delivered promptly. Their prices are good and their excellent guarantee covers any deficiencies which may result from their sourcing. (Not that I've had cause to call upon the guarantee as all the goods have been fine.) A trustworthy low-price seller.

I've bought several things from them now. Good products, new and boxed from the manufacturer, just as you'd expect, delivery 2-5 days. Perhaps a tad slower than the very best, but the very best for delivery don't sell at these prices. Based in the UK by all accounts, respond to mail quickly. So from my experience you can buy with confidence and are the only ultra-cheap dealer I will buy from now as some others don't give me that warm feeling with you find where they are based, look at variable feedback etc. They deserve to continue to succeed.

Hello! I'm not a kind of person who writes ratings but I think they deserve one. I've bought my D610 from HDEW Cameras and collected it in their office. Nice and friendly people, transaction was fast and hassle free. Sadly Live View in my camera died few days later. Ok - it might happen even with brand new Porsche or Ferrari. I've called them and informed about this fact. They said that they will send a courier with my new camera and same courier will collect faulty one and...it worked! Few days later I got another D610. And this one is fine. So thank you very much! Well recommended company. Will use it again for sure.

I ordered a Canon 70D plus some other stuff from this seller and although i have never used them before i have heard good reports about them. All my items was delivered four days later! I have to say, i am very happy with my items. Great communication, very fast delivery and all in all i am very happy with HDEW Cameras and i have no complains what so ever.
