I purchased a watch from this seller. Upon receipt of the watch, I requested a return. Jura accepted the return, with no mention of anything other than a refund. I spent $400 to return the watch. Once they received the watch, they refused to refund, and only offered a store credit. This watch cost me $16000+. I also ordered two straps, which were never sent, and they kept the money for those as well. Very dishonest seller.

I recently bought a Tag Heuer watch for my son's birthday, I asked for it to be gift wrapped and it arrived well protected to give as a gift. Excellent service and delivery was quick, I will use them again for sure!
