Purchased an ASUS ROG SCAR II Laptop earlier this month. The laptop itself is fantastic and was delivered on time. However, the staff's technical knowledge is somewhat lacking. When asked a relatively simple question they could not answer it, instead writing what was already on the spec page. Upon asking if they could go find out, they refused. Shame but that's the difference between laptops direct and other companies like CCL, Scan and Overclockers. It may have been £50 cheaper however, the technical knowledge can't carry a price tag. Training!
