Great service, product was as described and was packaged well, slight damage on delivery with screen besel popped but it didn't damage the LCD. All was working and friendly staff.

Terrible service (or lack of). The item I ordered was not what was described on the web site. Couldn’t get hold of them via. the web site message system of the ‘premium rate’ phone number. Weeks later they offered a £15 cash refund. What good is that? Then they applied a £20 voucher as a ‘good will gesture’. Still can’t get hold of anybody to talk to. Wasted £99 on the wrong item.

The photo printer I ordered from these guys was exactly the model I was after, everyone else had sold out. I was incredibly lucky to find one. Ordering and service was spot on, easy with no fuss, they kept in contact with updates during the whole process right up to delivery, which arrived exactly when I wanted it and on time in perfect condition. Very, very, very happy customer! Thank you Laptops Direct.

They left a laptop in a bush outside my house claiming that it had been signed for 3 days after my family had left the country. This is after I attempted to cancel the order by phone, facebook messenger, email and message. They are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I am looking forward to their 'no quibble returns policy.' unfortunately they take a very long time to respond to messages.

faulty product and failure to refund issues from start to finish. 1 - i was informed ordered laptop was not available once ordered (24/07/2020) 2 replacement offered arrived very poorly packed and had zero battery - and the frame was distorted - i was offered £25 to purchase a new battery - though no offer to supply a new battery. I returned the item 3 - initially denied the item had arrived despite sending registered post and having been informed it had been received by the courier. 4 - i was offered the item i had originally ordered - only to find it was not in stock and being a reconditioned item - no indication of when it may be in stock 5 - requested refund this was agreed ( approx 15/08/2020 - though have not checked this date) - it was also agreed that the return postage would be refunded - though this was later denied. 6 I am still waiting for the refund - 15/09/2020 I have had numerous guarantees that the payment has been made including being sent a credit note though no dates of these coincided with the requests for verification of bank details for the refund. At present I receive a stock answer saying - apologies for delay but the refund has been made - to date this has not arrived in bank. I have received a sum equating to the post and thus had assumed that they had decided to make the refund of the postage as an act of good faith in light of the litany of errors. I do not know if this is the case or this is related to the refund - it does not coincide with any notifications i have received of the alleged refund. No clarification is being offered. I would not recommend this company or any of their subsidiaries and will being actively discouraging anyone to use them. a shame as i did find the initial sales exec very helpful with all. the after sales service/ customer service team was wholly another matter

Great service - Over a couple of days I placed two orders each for a ROG Strix X570-E Motherboard. The team telephoned me after the first one was dispatched just to check if i did mean to order two Very prompt delivery and good price.

Absolutely crap customer service. I requested to return a faulty item and it’s has been 7 days but still waiting for them to act. Sent numerous emails but they don’t bother to reply - they just send automatic reply. Sent email to head of customer service but still waiting for them to act. Never had such a poor customer service in my entire life.

Terrible service from start to finish. Needed a laptop quickly for an upcoming online exam - within the week The laptop advertised had an online code for free next day delivery, which i tried to apply at checkout but didnt work. So paid extra for rapid delivery which was within 3-5days. The given delivery date was then pushed back twice as they didnt even have the laptop in stock! Decided to cancel so sent two messages to request cancellation and a few days later also made a phone call to the company about a week before advertised delivery date. Was advised over phone that despite my early request to cancel and fact laptop hadnt even left yet I had to wait for delivery and reject on the door which I did. Was also assured id get a full refund including delivery since it should never been posted. Refund came about three weeks later but they have deducted delivery costs.! Falsely advertised free rapid delivery, huge waste of time, stress, and cheek of being charged for postage despite cancelling well in advance. avoid! The Lenovo ThinkCentre M7720Q Tiny Core i5-9400 16GB 512GB SSD Windows 10 Pro Desktop PC was everything I could ask for at a very good price. I am totally pleased with the product and price. But the courier service used to deliver it to me in France sadly left everything to be desired. Multiple e-mails suggesting it was to be delivered the next day failed and kept me at home awaiting delivery for three days. In the end it was delivered by the French Post Office.

Purchased a Cubot P40 smartphone. Very impressed, good spec, Would recommend. Would be helpful if Laptops Direct used a delivery company that gave a time slot instead of a 10hour window.
