Lookagain

They seem nice, but hopeless communication and constant missed delivery dates. I ordered a product on 24 November that said it had a 2-3 week delivery date. In mid-December, when I expected it to be delivered, I contacted them to find out when it would be delivered. Later that day, I received an automated email telling me that it would not be delivered until after Christmas (27 December) and a personal reply to my email saying that it would be delivered on 14 December. It didn't come on the 14th, I inquired, was told it would be dispatched on 20 December, it wasn't. On the 20th I was told that it would be delivered on 24 January. At that point I gave up and cancelled the order and bought it elsewhere. To their credit, when I rang to cancel the order they were very good about it.

Really good straighteners, lets just hope they don't break like my GHD's :), excellent service and fast delivery. Cheers Lookagain. Hannah
