I have placed an order for ESPA products to receive them by Christmas. They cancelled my order without notification. Today I decided to track it. My account was deleted. They even didn't send me email. I called to Customer service and they promised me to call back, but nothing happened. A few days before Christmas! I can't believe that. Don't order here if you don't want to have stress with ruined present.

We ordered Amouage honour man from this website, and after one week we got an email from them that your order has been dispatched but the next day I got another email saying your order has been cancelled coz it is out of stock. If it was out of stock than how come dispatched a day before and still have not received my money back, so be careful while buying from them this looks like a fake website.
