I always find M&S good value for money and with a good choice of products, especially food. I collect my Christmas food order from the Brooklands store every year, and the staff are efficient, courteous and good humoured.

Looking to buy a jumper I had seen in a magazine and couldn’t find it. The assistant was very helpful and found the one in my size. Well done
