Preordered a game several weeks in advance, including payment being taken, did not receive on release date; after several attempts to contact them was eventually informed that my order was due to be dispatched that day, due to pandemic delays. A week or so later, received a reply via their Facebook page, initially the responder queried that it was a "new order" that had just been placed, but then confirmed that it had been dispatched and if it failed to arrive by the start of the next week I should request a replacement.
I gave them an extra week, being aware that the pandemic has impacted postal services, but could no longer get a response. Waited another week, again, no response; following a further week I emailed again, whereupon they promptly cancelled my order claiming that I had requested it, yet nowhere in my emails did I say I wanted to cancel the order, in fact, I had clearly stated the opposite in response to their suggestions I could have a refund.
Cannot recommend them in the slightest.
