I have a mixed view of Park Cameras. When I enquired about a product, a knowledgable salesperson called me up and talked me through the pros and cons, which was extremely helpful. They did, however, say that they would put a unit aside for me and then did not do so, meaning they sold out. He did not tell me until I called back to make the transaction. When I bought something else from them (a £400 lens), they sent it without keeping any tracking information, so when I called up to ask where it was, they could not tell me. Apparently they normally do have info, but not this time.
Perhaps it would be a more streamlined experience if you place your order online instead of by phone.
