Worst ever. When I bought 2weeks ago, the price was 799£ and now because the bf 849. Yeah much better, anyway. The original plan was 5-7days the delivery time, and now i called them, because they sad its will arrive at friday, i went to hollyday and nothing, the next time is monday i went holyday again, but still nothing. I called them and a costumer service told me they need 2 more weeks, because they dont know anyithing about my item.
I send them 2 mail, and of course i didnt get an answer.
So guys they are out of stock this item just they are a layer. For a money. Its sad i guess

Phoned up for some info about a Samsung TV I wished to purchase from their website, was told by a unfriendly "customer adviser" to refer to the web-site, I then asked about postage and was told to refer to their website, I then asked about the extended warranty and was told to refer to their website! What is the point of having a phone contact when all they can say is to say "refer to website"
I was going to purchase the Samsung TV model UE6800 from them but after that "conversation" I decided to go elsewhere and pay more. If this is their attitude before a sale can you imagine their after care!
This shop has advertised the Yamaha srt 1000 and the Yamaha 1500 both for GREAT prices but don't give that price when going to buy 👎🏼💩
