During ordering used the chat - “John” reserved one of the TEN in stock as I asked when it should be with me and did they have any available as I would have paid a little more and gone elsewhere otherwise but as it was in stock and one was reserved thought okay great proceeded to pay and for some reason the card processing system did not accept my card weird as I had never ever encountered this before but thought okay could be an issue so other option bank transfer so transferred the money from the same account that the card was linked to and all was okay. After receiving updates to track my order it said shipped so happy days! Two days passed nothing….so emailed and got a response apologies we had to get stock from manufacturer we will update you shortly then another 2/3 days pass and nothing have emailed 4/5 times simply requesting a tracking number or proof of dispatch and John has not bothered to get back to me! I genuinely do not mind it being delayed but the bare minimum keep me updated and don’t lie! Now I’m waiting for John to reply money out of my account and nothing to show for it after 2 weeks! Avoid go to a larger company at least they will deliver Ordered product price was great this is the only positive.
This is a genuinely good retailer. They have an online chat, they sometimes don’t answer you straight away. But if you call them they do pick up the phone. I had to call them to get them to actually send the item, as it seems they had forgotten to. Needless to say once it was sorted DHL had the parcel that same day and delivered it within one working day.
