Bought item, days later received an email that item was out of stock. Its happened more than once.

I ordered item from website and received a friendly email later to say it was not in stock. However, the payment has gone through on my credit card and it will be a matter of time before I am reimbursed. Had I used Paypal, I would have been reimbursed without delay.
