Terrible service (or lack of). The item I ordered was not what was described on the web site. Couldn’t get hold of them via. the web site message system of the ‘premium rate’ phone number. Weeks later they offered a £15 cash refund. What good is that? Then they applied a £20 voucher as a ‘good will gesture’. Still can’t get hold of anybody to talk to. Wasted £99 on the wrong item.
