Balanced, homogeneous and with good weight in the base. I think the stereo perspective is very, very good, with a full sound that has good focus and detail. The base is tight, has good punch and blackness. Falls within the framework of speakers that play really well at low volume, and feels like I can sit for a long time without getting tired of listening to these, big plus! Can probably be perceived as a bit unrolled in the absolute top and a bit veiled, it is important to match them correctly.

Versatile small box .... runs both Spotify & Tidal and the sound is superb! The sound from the TV is run optically and is sometimes connected to my wireless headphones for film in the evening / morning. Bonus for the headphone amplifier and to be able to get their high-res files directly from the usb stick into the app! MQA, I doubt if it is even better than the CD format in Tidal. The dac in it gets approved but no more, but for this price there is not much to complain about. So an external dac of better quality is to rec.

Open, balanced and fast sound from this relatively small speaker. The base is a bit of the weak point, it is fast and firm but not very deep. But with Devialet's SAM filter adapted to these, it becomes like night and day at the base, then it goes deeper and gets more push! Otherwise shines over my Kef R300 and Klipsch RP-600M in resolution. Great to sit and listen to piano, guitar strings etc ... you hear every detail! The sound is extremely clear, has good separation and airiness. Voices get perfect balance and sound very natural because the sound is so clear and distinct. Also plays well at low volume which is important to me, big plus ...

May make a new update of this review as I have now owned them for a few months and listened to them diligently, which is a good rating. Overall, music will be very fun to listen to with these as the sound is very alert and playful! Have owned many different speakers and these have probably given me the most dynamic, lively and engaging sound. Do not think they are sharp as before Klipsch and voices get a nice presence in a large and open sound image. Feels like the sound takes a step closer to you as a listener and plays more spacious than much else I've heard, so for example a little more noisy music does extra well here. The base is tight and fast, and never gets swollen. The sound is clear and distinct even at low volume, which is a requirement for me nowadays when I choose speakers. But as always, it is important to match with the right peripherals and at the right height on a pair of sand-filled stands to get the best results. The sound character is generally more forward and "on". Instead, it contributes to the engaging sound and highlights the music better in the room, which means that every time I listen to these, it becomes very entertaining. Think it in the long run wins over to instead sit and "nice review" the music. Have done it before and in the long run I get tired anyway. Have a hard time seeing me opt out of this sound altogether, and will surely stay with me for a while to come

Nice and affordable, filled both tubes with blasting sand as it gave a better blackness and release to the sound.

Schyssta spikes that make it easy to move the speaker across the floor! The sound streams up a bit and you get a generally cleaner sound image with better definition in the base than the included spikes

A very affordable and stylish amplifier in white! Many inputs and opportunities to play music on. The sound has a clear clarity and the sound picture is superb where also voices and instruments appear very realistic. Would say it has a neutral character. In the past, I have often perceived Hegel as a bit too accurate and rigid, monotonous and boring. But it is noticeable that Hegel improved on this and the voice has better musicality in it. But it is still noticeable that they do not really release at the bottom which has lost some of the entertainment. The bass is throttled a bit too much as it is so incredibly controlled, unfortunately they still suffer a bit from this. Extra big plus because it plays so well at low volume, and the headphone jack which is of good quality! Listening impression played on a pair of Martin Logan Motion 40 with Northeast cabling

A lift to the middle register that became more prominent. Treble clear and nice and a nice flow in the music. Gave what I wanted to my speakers!

Really happy with these, became a little different sound instead of the slightly more "analytical hifi" sound I have in my Audiovector Si3 Avantgarde. While the Audiovector is more tight and resolved, the Direct is more large, warm and full. It will be something completely different with an 11 ”element compared to 6.5”. The sound gets with this a very good size and has good weight with a nice punchy bass! Very musical, comfortable and easy to listen to. Voices and instruments also get very nice body and heat. The details of the treble are there, although they appear a little clearer and with more air around them in the Audiovector. The bass is really entertaining, it is compliant and has good stun and bottom! If you have to go to something negative then maybe it is that it does not really get all the details in voices etc. in the same way as a speaker with smaller elements. The base may be too strong in a room that is too small and at high volume may be worth thinking about. Overall a fun and musical speaker with good print that can be highly recommended in this price range!
