Bike warranty non existent if buying anything in clearance sale. Customer service also very poor.Rear derailleur bent and gears were not set up correctly on receipt of bike via mail order. After a lot of rigmarole and faffing about they wouldn't allow an exchange as I had fitted a brand new Tiagra front chainring before test riding it, and kept the lower quality FSA Chainset as unused. This despite 2 independent bike shops confirming no issue with chainset, the rear gears, shifters and trim setup however was a total mess. Their warranty terms state "If the item that has been received is faulty, damaged or not as described then we will cover the cost of return postage [up to £10] and offer a refund or exchange. In these instances we would always recommend using our own shipping services" They flatly refused this leaving me out of pocket for repairs Their 30 day test ride does not apply to any bike in the clearance unlike Evans where it is across the board - I wonder why.... I was so annoyed with their poor service and the ongoing issues that I sold most of the parts individually and binned the rest in a skip - I would say avoid unless you are living nearby one of their stores.
