Unimpressed that they let me book collection/recycling of the old appliance and then cancelled the service one hour before delivery. Refund of cost was quick, however. Delivery tracking information was good and kept me well-informed of a delay that started quite early in the round,, but the delivery crew (ArrowXL) weren’t particularly pleasant to do deal with. Lots of attempts throughout the purchase and delivery process to try to sell an expensive extended warranty. Appliance seems to be working fine so far but would probably avoid buying from them again because of the overall poor experience.
Change of delivery partner means I won't be using them again. I have happily used Viking Direct in the past, as they have a good range of products at a reasonable price, delivered quickly. However, they now seem to have started using Yodel as their delivery partner and Yodel are terrible -- every delivery I've had through Yodel has been messed up somehow. So unless I hear Viking Direct have changed their delivery partner (they used to use TNT, who were decent), I'll be ordering my stationery from another vendor. Praise for Kirsty in their webchat contact team who took down the details of what had happened and promised to let the courier department know.
