I purchased a watch for my Fiancé on the 1st of December as a Christmas present. I gave him the watch on Christmas day and he was over the moon with the gift. I was really pleased with the purchase and how quick I received the watch. The watch clearly stated it came with 2 years guarantee and was 'Water Proof'. We are now in February, and my other half left his watch on the side while taking a shower. The face is now completely ruined, condensation has got into the watch causing it to stop working. I emailed customer services to ask if i could have an exchange or for the problem to be resolved. I got asked to send over photos evidence. So i sent over an image and the response I got was disgusting. I was advised the crown was left open on the watch and they was willing to fix the issue with a cost of £89.00
We have checked the crown and it doesn't even close fully. My fiancé has rarely worn the watch, it is defiantly a faulty watch. I got tired of sending emails, and was very disappointed with the lack of communication i received. If only they was as quick at replying as they was taking my money. I was about to purchase another watch as my dad will be turning 50. I'm so, so glad I didn't! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The watch cost me £335.00 so it wasn't exactly cheap. I wasn't asking for any money back, all I wanted was the issue to be resolved.
