This is the second pair Kayano for me and I come from a couple a few years old Kayano 19. Compared to my old shoes, they have better cushioning and resilience. They also feel a little bit easier. The new version is narrower in the toe, which gives a tighter feel. I can imagine that some customers need to go up a size, but in my case it works fine.

Kayano is a mängdsko for me as I use 5-6 times a week for a total of 15 mil a month. Have no problem with damage or wear, but stability and good damping costing some weight, so when I want to run fast or get more feeling in the run, I take my Nike Free 5.0.

I bought mine at the start fitness for £ 99.50 + £ 10 delivery. Fast and reliable delivery, good price and greater variety of colors than in Sweden. I have a blue variety that is pretty nice.

Super comfortable shoes! Have the model 17 previously. Will use these to go outside especially.

    Never again Kayano unfortunately :(
Has run in Kayano about 8 years (3 different Kayano) but now took our journey together ends.
22an it has made far too tight over your toes, the same thing when I tried with bigger sizes.
A constant pressure on top of the toes, perhaps because one now running with bonded seams instead of sewn seams previously, this makes the whole front part of the shoe tighter.
The most comfortable shoe of all time has now shrunk down so that to me become unusable completely. Sadly, Asics, this road ends.

Asics shows again the furniture should go .. Kayana remains one of the absolute best shoes for distance runners in the market ..

Do you have some funding problems with pronation so these shoes perfect .. Have you ever compete in the 800m or run primarily on track so there is obviously a better option that weighs less, spike shoes, etc ....

But this is a terrible good all-round shoe .... I run 8-12 mil a week on asphalt, gravel and easier terrain .. The shoes never failing ...

Are you prepared to those extra hundred Lapps as a couple Kayano cost so I can heartily recommend Kayano 22nd

Remember not to buy too small shoes ... feet swell when you run remotely. And a pair of shoes that pinch after a few kilometers can easily destroy the entire löpupplevelsen ... Buy more preferably 0.5 size larger than what you think needs and place in a sole if needed ..
