  • Very Poor
    Extremely disappointed with performance and battery life. Steer away and buy the LG G4 / G5, or G6. It's worth it over the miserable phone Samsung A5 is.

    Yes: it's "cheap" and you regret it after 6m. Not worth it.

    Do not buy.
  • Excellent
    Very high build quality and a good software that feels uncluttered. Although the speaker is really good, the location slightly unusual but sounds good. After two days of use, it is only the fingerprint reader that does not get approved. Earlier Honor 7 was significantly safer and faster at reading but otherwise the A5 a class above in quality.
  • Perfect
    + Cheap (2550kr)
    + Grim battery
    + Plenty sharp screen
    + 90% bloat can be removed
    + Fast Charge @ 2A (the most charger)

    Super satisfied with my purchase, walked away from a Nexus 5x when not dried in the battery or had SD support.

    Perfect phone!. Downgrading from Note 5 but awesome battery life, cheap, reliable, reasonably fast and all the features I need. Must buy if not looking for flagship phones.

    Love this phone! Stylish, good sound during calls, good battery life (2 days). Relatively cheap, sharp screen. good camera to buy buy buy!
  • Very good
    Coming from a Nexus 6P, was looking for a little less, and well-designed handset with good battery:

    * Excellent build quality, feels very solid and premium glass and metal.
    * Very good battery life of 3000mAh, a tip is to disable Always on display for even better battery life, can handle 2 days at easier use. (Considerably longer than with 6P).
    * USB Type-C with fast charging.
    * IP 68klassad (water and dust proof)
    * Sharp SuperAMOLED screen with nice colors and very high brightness
    * 3GB frame
    * Memory up to 256GB
    * Good feel and response of the keyboard
    * Fast Fingerprint with touch function
    * Stripped-down interface with good flow / However, better performing with google android in clean 6P.
    * The camera in daylight / 6P It delivers better in bright and dark conditions
    * Call The sound is clear, feels clearer than with 6P
    * The size and the rounded edges / glass

    * Glass Back, shell / protection recommended
    * Moderate Moderate processor
    * Android 6.0, should have come with 7.0 Nougat
    * No optical image stabilizer and 4K video
    * Lacks wireless charging
    Stereo * missing
    * Slightly pricey (Multiple 'smarter' choices in this price range, like Nexus 6P).

    Would definitely the phone for you who are not looking for the most powerful performance, but want a little smaller and well-designed handset that handles the most surprisingly good, with excellent battery life.
