good shop brill prices
I bought an item that was obviously untested and returned by another customer, something like that. This was not a technical test, so would have taken under 5 mins for them to perform before foisting the item onto poor customers. This is not the first time this has happened, in fact it is the tenth or so - which has put me off spending money here to their detriment - and along with other people's reports of poor practice, over many years, suggests a culture of sociopathic disrespect for customers at this (Franchise-orientated) company. Some of their staff are decent and some of their products are genuinely worth buying. But I would love to know exactly how much of their stock is ex-repair and not really working properly or durably. It could be over 50% easily from my experiences. Grading system is not a great guide to the item you'll get. I have ordered online before and gotten the wrong item which then turned out to be faulty when I got round to testing it. Kept it because it was cheap, rare and worth attempting my own repair, but how can someone read an item's model number and send something completely different out unless one has zero empathy for customers? It's not rocket science.
I would like to say that cex is the best. I have saved a lot of money with them & you would never know that they are second hand products. Everything is just as good like new. And the staff are always helpful. I have recommend cex to my friends and family
Great shop with a huge range of stock!
This shop 9/10 times is the cheapest option for high quality the delivery times are good enough because a week is a drop in the bucket compared to lockdown.
Great and safe place to buy used tech items. Two year guarantee on used stuff is sometimes longer than what you'd get if you bought it new! Recently released items not alwaya much cheaper than buying new, but older stuff is a great, safe bargin.
