Got my new unit replaced, see below comments. Got a brand new where new cord included. Never got in touch with the support of the EU, either email or telephone of over 2.5 months, but emailed the US support that helped me with the complaint. Sadly, you as the buyer pay for the shipping. Got the new camera a week after the receipt of the defective. Never got with anyone cord, but had one lying around at home. Feels like the package was already open and the camera used when it was smårepig and the cover to the memory card was scratched. Not satisfied. Update: After barely a year after purchase, so do not want the battery is charging, but the device turns off after 30-40 minutes, max. Have contacted the support but not received a response. Shall I then point out that for almost a year had on at about a handful of occasions. Is disappointed that the int was better. Bought on the flight between Hong Kong and Doha, 1100 SEK received me with a tripod mount. Bought for a Micro SD memory for a cheap price on duty. Memory is not but can be purchased up to 32Gb. Thrilled with the camera. Easy to switch between taking photos to video, you use only one button. There is no GoPro, but for what you pay is worth it.

As maisac mention in this thread. The software does not work, and so far no support lowering the rating further, do not use the product in full if you can not use the software. The sound is pretty poor, but the video quality is good enough for the cost 799kr on Black Friday. Had also been nice if the video format huh MP4 and MOV are not. * EDIT Got hold of the support now with a working software, certainly took a while, but it raises the grade anyway.

The software does not work, no support from Polaroid. Forums full of people that have failed to install the software. You can not change the date, all the clips claimed to be from December 2014, when it can not connect to your computer besides just file transfer time. All clips are divided in 5 minute chunks, you can not change without the software. .MOV File format is very difficult to deal with freeware without getting rid of the sound, the only thing I can see is to do if the MCEBuddy to MP4, and then put together the clips, perhaps in Movie Maker, then re-encodes it, however once again which provides quality deterioration. but maybe there is freeware that assembles MP4 without re-encoding. Picture quality is very good, the sound is inferior. I bought the camera for 799: - and it is hardly worth more.
