Have had the machine for over six months now and feel that I can give a review. On the whole a very nice machine, which lands perfectly in the gap between automatic and fully manual machine, but clearly more for the manual direction.
Nice with built-in mill, which in my experience is very good. It is possible to get very nice espresso with good crema, which with all non-automatic machines you can try a little until perfect results.
We drink almost exclusively latte or capuccino, so the milk frother has got to go hot. It works well and above all no preheating is required but it is ready in 5 seconds. However, it should be said that if you are used to significantly larger and more professional espresso machines, the milk frother (of course) is a step down, but good for the size of the machine.
The real enthusiasts are not the target group for this machine (then you certainly want separate mill, other water heating etc.) but for us who are looking for a good machine with all-in-one and also manual opportunities to really get to work a bit with the coffee so it feels perfect.
On the negative side, you can see that Sage's official filters and cleaning products are hugely expensive. However, I suppose you can just as well use significantly cheaper brands.
