Ordering was fine , delivery & aftercare was a different matter.
Delivery - were late due to road closure! we were rung & we were made very obvious that there was 1.5hr delay . On delivery rushed with the installation & when we came to open the fridge freezer door , one of compartments was broken . By that time the delivery drivers had zoomed off.
Aftercare- Took pictures & sent immediately to appliances direct , email response was to contact us by 6pm following day .This did not happen rang company the following afternoon .Had to go through the whole story ( as above) as customer services said they didn’t have the pictures! Was asking if we had used the fridge freezer ! That’s why we ordered it as we needed it , so yes it was in use. Was offered a derisory refund of £20 & replacement part to be sent out in 3-5 working days. Judgement s out on this part . Have used company for a previous purchase , after this experience will never use again.
